To get the ball rolling, your designer will visit your home and take all the measurements needed to design a layout. They'll also chat to you about your tastes, likes, dislikes, lifestyle and budget requirements to get a feel for the kind of room you want to achieve. You may have very definite ideas, or you may be looking for inspiration. Either way, your designer will help in any way they can.
Free design and planning
Once you have chosen your bathroom fittings, your designer will create a layout on our 3D colour computer system, based on your specific measurements and initial discussions. Your designer will then send you a detailed quotation together with a full colour 3D photo realistic rendition of your proposed bathroom project. You always have the option to review your bathroom design with different layouts, options and styles to see what suits you best.
Installation
You may choose to arrange installation yourself, however when you choose Classical Bathrooms’ 5 Star installation you can rest assured that your bathroom is in the best possible hands. Our professional installers understand and have experience of fitting all our manufacturers‘ products. Obviously there is going to be some upheaval at this point, but our installers will not only take the utmost care over the actual installation, they will also endeavour to keep disruption and mess to a minimum.
Free home check
If you decide to use our installation service, your designer will call round shortly after completion of your bathroom being installed to ensure you’re completely satisfied and issue your product guarantees. Then, all that’s left for you to do is enjoy!
1/ WHEN CHOOSING YOUR NEW SUITE OR SHOWER ETC YOU CAN EXPECT
To be able to chose your new bathroom either in your own home during a home survey visit or by visiting our Ilkley showroom.
At all times to be treated courteously and politely when inspecting our ranges of Bathroom suites and bathroom equipment and to be offered assistance only when required, we do not use high pressure, 'pushy' or commission sales methods.
To be able to chose from our wide range of suites tiles etc which we have on display, in several styles and colours, and also to be offered a wider choice from the catalogues and brochures of all the major manufacturers.
To have the option to mix & match any range of taps or fittings with any suite, not just the options displayed, or shown in brochures, the final choice is yours.
To be given a choice in the way you purchase your new bathroom, if you don't wish to use or our '5 Star' complete installation service we can simply supply your new suite only, for you to arrange fitting
During a home survey to discuss with the surveyor your exact requirements for the installation of your choice of bathroom fittings and to convert these requirements into a beautifully designed bathroom. He will help you co-ordinate your choice of bathroom colour with tiles and accessories etc. 
If for technical or any other reason your choice of new equipment or fittings are unsuitable or inappropriate to your existing plumbing system or building, this will be brought to your attention and possible alternatives suggested.

To have your Bathroom suite (or any other purchase over £400) delivered free within our free delivery area (20 miles radius) or for a modest charge outside this area.
In the event of any item being unsatisfactory in any way, to have it replaced as soon as possible.
To be offered a choice of payment options. You may pay by Cash, Cheque or Credit Card or alternatively we have an excellent credit scheme for spreading the cost over 12 to 36 months depending on the amount of credit required.
2/ DURING INSTALLATION YOU CAN EXPECT
That the work will commence as close as possible to the proposed commencement date and that the work will continue uninterrupted until completed. Please bear in mind however that our installation staff do have to respond to emergency calls from other clients occasionally, a water leak for example, and also that visits to collect materials etc may be necessary during the period of the installation.
That all work by our installers or any other tradesmen or sub contractors appointed by them will be carried out in a professional ma
nner to a high standard of workmanship and will comply to all relevant regulations and codes of practise.
That all work will be carried out so as to cause as little inconvenience and disruption as possible, bearing in mind the necessity of turning off water supplies and the possible temporary removal of toilet and washing facilities etc.
That the area(s) of work involved will be kept as clean and tidy as is practical throughout the working day and the area will be cleaned and tidied at the end of the working day.On completion of the work all areas will be left clean and tidy and all debris and materials will be removed.
That all fittings and equipment whether new or existing will be protected from damage during the work and any damage incurred will be remedied at no expense to the customer.
That any items of new equipment found to be faulty will be replaced and re-fitted (if required) free of charge.
That any unforeseen problems or complications which may arise or any necessity to deviate from agreed requirements will be brought to your immediate attention for discussion.
3/ AFTER COMPLETION OF THE INSTALLATION YOU CAN EXPECT 
That all workmanship be guaranteed for a period of one year and in the event of a problem occurring during the guarantee period due to an error in fitting it will be fully rectified free of charge. If the problem is due to faulty equipment or materials the equipment or materials at fault will be replaced under the manufacturers guarantee (a minimum of one year but may be longer depending on the manufacturer, e.g. Ideal Standard Trevi showers have a five year guarantee and baths are generally guaranteed for a minimum of twenty years), any fitting costs incurred will be claimed on the customers behalf by Classical Bathrooms from the manufacturer.
GENERAL
In the unlikely event of any delays, before or during installation due to circumstances beyond our control, in either the supply of fittings or materials or the availability of labour, for whatever reason, to receive a full explanation and to be kept up to date on the progress of any such delay.
That ourselves and all our installers carry public liability insurance and are insured for any loss or damage sustained to persons or property.
WHAT WE ASK OF OUR CUSTOMERS......
That at the time of ordering your new Bathroom suite etc or '5 Star Service', a deposit of 20% of the total price is paid and on; 
1/ '5 Star' service purchases the remaining 80% paid only after you are fully satisfied with your new bathroom installation.
2/ On purchase only (without '5 Star Service') any balance should be paid either before delivery or at the time of delivery.
We will supply you with a fully itemised invoice which you should retain for guarantee purposes.
